Customer responsibility

Customers must provide accurate names, phone numbers, registration numbers, documents and payment references. Wrong or incomplete information can delay processing.

Service processing

Some services are completed immediately, while others depend on the availability of third-party portals, payment confirmation, document review or customer response.

E-Pins and instant services

E-Pins are released based on available stock and successful payment confirmation. Customers should copy and save released pins immediately after purchase.

Payments and refunds

Payments must be confirmed before paid services are completed or released. Refunds and corrections depend on the type of service, the processing stage and the rules of the platform involved.

Training students

Computer training students are expected to follow class instructions, attend practical sessions and use the student portal responsibly.
